Getting Started
To initiate an account, kindly select the "Sign Up" option and adhere to the provided on-screen instructions. You will be required to furnish essential identification details and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a government-issued identification and proof of address.
There is no universal minimum deposit requirement for initiating copy trading on our platform. The minimum deposit is determined by the specific Strategy Provider you elect to emulate. Each trader establishes a minimum threshold based on their strategy's typical lot sizes and risk management protocols. This specific requirement is accessible on each trader's public profile prior to initiating the "Copy" function.
Our automated system typically completes account verification within 1 to 2 hours. In certain instances, a manual review may be necessitated, which could extend the process up to 24 business hours.
Copy Trading 101
Upon selecting to "Copy" a Strategy Provider, our system automatically replicates their trading activities within your account in real-time, in proportion to the capital you have allocated to that specific trader.
Strategy Providers may levy a fee (typically ranging from 10% to 30%) on the net profits generated for your account. We employ a High-Water Mark system, which stipulates that fees are only incurred if the trader generates profit for you and surpasses your account's previous peak value.
Certainly. You retain the ability to discontinue copying at any given moment by selecting "Stop Copying." You will then be prompted to choose whether to close all open positions immediately at market price or to manage them manually.
Deposits & Withdrawals
We facilitate transactions via Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit Cards, and verified E-wallets (including Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal). Note: We do not accept third-party payments. The name associated with your payment method must correspond precisely with your account name.
Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance department within 24 hours. Depending on your banking institution or provider, funds typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

Yes. As a regulated broker, we are mandated to hold all client funds in segregated bank accounts at leading financial institutions. This ensures that your capital is maintained entirely separate from our company's operational funds.
Know Your Customer (KYC) is a mandatory legal requirement for financial institutions, designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. We are unable to process withdrawals for unverified accounts.
Technical Support
Slippage occurs when a trade is executed at a price that deviates from the requested price. This phenomenon typically arises during periods of high market volatility or low liquidity.
The most prevalent reasons include: Insufficient Margin - You did not possess adequate free funds to execute the proportional trade. The transaction could not be processed due to its inability to meet our established minimum lot size requirements, as stipulated by our risk management protocols.
